In support of Ukraine during this time of crisis I created this digital painting called "Spread Love Not War". Prints and digital downloads are currently on my site andaluztheartist.com .
As a father, husband and Christian the video of the Ukrainian father holding his daughter in tears really struck my heart. The thought of having to go to war and possibly never seeing your family again is every parent's worst nightmare. War is dark but the love for one's family, belief and country is the light that breaks through the depths of space. I pray for Ukraine and also for those Russian soldiers that are being forced to go to war with their neighbors. Many prayers go out to the whole world in Jesus Might Name. Amen.
They wrote in the old days that it is sweet and fitting to die for ones country. But in modern war there is nothing sweet nor fitting in your dying." - Ernest Hemmingway
It’s with a heavy heart that I make these t-shirts. One of my favorite Hip-Hop artists of all time Prodigy of Mobb Deep has passed away. I’m very fortunate that I had the chance to work with him before he passed. I wanted to design a piece that Mobb Deep and Prodigy fans would cherish in honor of this hip-hop veteran’s life. Rest In Peace brother. Albert “Prodigy” Johnson.

In memory of Kobe Bryant, Gianna Bryant, John Altobelli, Keri Altobelli, Alyssa Altobelli, Sarah Chester, Payton Chester, Christina Mauser and Ara Zobayan. Long 4 days but we got it done. I want to thank @socialkitchencraftbar@andrewdorsey@elements42 for bringing this NY artist down to Cali to paint this piece. I also want to thank @dyingtolivedm for all of the tremendous help on the wall and video 🎥 footage and @sherwinwilliams of Costa Mesa for donating the supplies. I truly hope this piece brings some comfort to all of those that were affected by this tragedy. Just remember that all flesh perishes but the spirit can live forever. John 11:25 reads: Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in Me, even if he dies, will live. So today let's not mourn their loss but cry tears of joy for their everlasting hope in heaven. Praise God because he has the power to exhalt you to levels you could never imagine. I thank you Father for you gave me the ability to create just like you. Dear God allow your holy ones to continue to inspire and heal until their time is called. This one is for you Cali. From New York with love. -Andaluz
Nipsey Hussle In Memory Royal Blue T-Shirt
Regular price
$24.99
Unfortunately we lost a rap legend and community leader by the name of Nipsey Hussle this week. I am a big fan of Nipsey and have been following his success for a decade now. He was a one-of-a-kind artist that spoke about issues within the community and how to create your own destiny through ownership. This LA based hip-hop artist, was a light of hope for his Crenshaw community providing jobs and opportunities for those that might never had a chance to prosper. It's sad that he had to go out the way he did. I felt the urge to create a portrait of him, not for likes, to commemorate his life. After I posted my rendering of him a few people asked for prints on canvas and t-shirts. Anytime I post an image of my "in memory" art someone bootlegs it and throws it on t-shirts, sweaters and other items. I want to help in keeping Nipsey's name alive so I teamed up with Brotherhood Crusades Charity in Crenshaw LA to give back to those kids in need. Brotherhood Crusade is a 50-year old grassroots organization with a vision of improving quality of life and meeting the unmet needs of low-income, underserved, under-represented and disenfranchised individuals.15% of the proceeds will go to Brotherhood Crusades to help locals in need. This design is expensive to print so must of the funds will go into purchasing the apparel, printing and overhead. I wanted to give his fans something dope and high quality like his music that they're use to. I really hope you enjoy these Nipsey Hussle t-shirts, sweaters and prints. My condolences go out to his family, friends and fans. You are truly missed Nip. THE MARATHON STILL CONTINUES!
